Privacy policy
Effective date: 8 September 2026
Publisher: Sakora Studios Limited
Privacy contact: liam.jones@sakorastudios.com
Loop is an arcade game you can play offline. It does not require an account. Optional analytics sharing is off until you agree.
Game data
Loop stores your personal best score, selected music, audio volumes and visual preferences locally on your device. This information restores your settings and progress. These settings stay on your device. If you opt in to sharing, the limited reports described below include scores and preference choices.
Loop does not operate online leaderboards or include advertising or in-app purchases. Its music and sound effects are included in the app and do not require connections to their source websites.
Your device or operating-system backup settings may separately affect how app data is backed up and restored.
Keeping and removing local data
Your local scores and preferences remain on your device until the app's data is cleared or removed, subject to operating-system backup and restore behaviour. You can remove local game data through your device's app storage settings. Uninstalling the app may also remove this data.
Clearing data can permanently remove scores and preferences unless your device restores them from a backup. You do not need to contact us to remove local game data; this does not delete any analytics reports you previously chose to share.
Optional analytics sharing
In versions that offer sharing, Options > Help improve Loop lets you agree to Unity Analytics. Declining does not restrict gameplay. Sharing starts with a new run after the service connects; earlier runs are not backfilled.
With your consent, we collect run starts, arenas reached and run outcomes, including scores, duration, arena shape, bolt and gate counts, practice mode, app version and music/display preferences. Each run has a random identifier. We use these reports to understand difficulty and improve Loop. We do not record individual taps, microphone audio or screen recordings.
Unity Analytics processes the reports for us and also processes technical information, including installation/session identifiers, device and app information, IP addresses and approximate location derived from IP. These reports are not anonymous. We do not use this data for advertising. Unity may process information outside your country. See Unity's game-player privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Unity's default personal-data retention period is 13 months. Sakora Studios uses its analytics dashboard for these reports. The app can temporarily queue consented reports on your device while offline.
You can withdraw consent in Options > Help improve Loop. This stops new collection; previously collected reports may still be uploaded and retained. Choose Request analytics deletion to ask Unity to delete historic analytics associated with this installation. Sharing stays off during the request. If offline, reopen Loop when connected so the request can retry. Request deletion before clearing app storage or uninstalling, as doing either can remove the identifiers and pending request needed for deletion. Deleting analytics does not remove your local best score or settings.
For access or other privacy requests, contact liam.jones@sakorastudios.com. Do not email passwords. If you have used multiple installations, their analytics identifiers may differ.
Support emails
If you email liam.jones@sakorastudios.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request. Support correspondence is separate from the game's local data and is handled through our email service.
Within Sakora Studios Limited, only Liam Jones has access to this support mailbox. Access to support correspondence is restricted to this account; our email service provider also processes messages to provide the service.
We delete resolved support correspondence within 12 months after the request is resolved, or sooner if you request deletion, unless we are legally required to retain it. If retention is legally required, we keep the relevant correspondence for the required period.
To ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, email liam.jones@sakorastudios.com. Please do not send passwords or information unrelated to your support request.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if Loop's data handling changes and revise the effective date above. For privacy questions, contact Sakora Studios Limited at liam.jones@sakorastudios.com.
